Whether you’re organizing a stylish wedding in the backyard, an upscale birthday event, or a professional corporate gathering, here’s what you can expect when you book us for your special occasion.
Step 1: The Enquiry
It all starts with a quick message from you, usually through our website contact or package enquiry form, though we’re also hanging out on Instagram and email.
Step 2: A Personalised Quote
Once we know the details, we’ll send you a quote tailored to your event. We have set packages for all types of occasions, so whether you’re expecting 50 guests or 150, we’ll suggest the best fit for your celebration.
Step 3: Locking It In
Happy with the quote? Amazing! We’ll send you a digital service agreement accompanied with an invoice. A 50% deposit locks in your date and gets your booking officially logged on our calendar, with the remainder due 1 month prior to the event.
Step 4: We Handle the Styling
Our cart arrives ready to serve and styled in our signature vintage Italian look. Clients love it because it looks like it’s straight out of a postcard, no extra styling or fuss needed. We also bring a customisable sign-board with your flavours listed, with the option of adding a personal touch like “Brooke & Thomas’ Wedding” or “Happy 30th Luca!”.
Step 5: The Big Day
We arrive 30-40 minutes before serving to set up, get the gelato perfectly chilled, and prepare to scoop joy into every cup and cone. We will always have experienced staff, so service is smooth and fast, even if there’s a rush. And yes, we serve with a smile (and probably a few cheeky flavour recommendations too).
Step 6: Pack Up and Say Goodbye
Once service wraps up, we quietly pack down, clean up our space, and roll out without a fuss. You’ll barely notice we’re gone, except for the lingering yearning for pistachio and chocolate.
