It runs in the family
Our gelato story began with a deep connection to family and a legacy of hard work. Seven years ago, we lost our dad, who had spent most of his life running a pizza shop. Though we didn’t know it at the time, but papa’s gelato cart would become the seed of something special.
My brother and I began to realise that starting our own business together was the perfect way to honour his memory. Together, my brother and are striving to build something that honours the past while looking toward a future filled with hope and opportunity. Hence, Carretto was born.
