Gelato Cart at Greensborough Plaza’s Summer Event
What better way to celebrate summer than with gelato? We brought our gelato cart to Greensborough Plaza for the weekend, and, frankly, it couldn’t have been a more suitable partnership. The plaza, right in the heart of Melbourne’s north-east, was alive with families and shoppers, all energised by the holiday spirit and good weather. Credit where it’s due, the event organisers pulled out all the stops to create a lively and inviting atmosphere. From the moment we set up, it was clear: this wasn’t your standard shopping weekend; it was an experience.
Throughout the event, the centre was bustling. Shoppers finished their Christmas lists, kids lined up for photos with Santa, and our gelato cart became a go-to destination. We offered six different flavours: lemon sorbet, strawberry sorbet, chocolate, salted caramel, cookies and cream, and pistachio. As it turned out, cookies and cream and pistachio tied as crowd favourites by the end of the three days.
What stood out most was seeing guests of all ages enjoying our artisan gelato. Their positive reactions reinforced why we’re passionate about what we do. The festive December atmosphere provided an ideal setting, enhancing the overall experience for everyone and positioning our gelato as a highlight of the pre-Christmas celebrations.
We felt privileged to serve Greensborough’s local community and we were grateful to play a small part. For us, it’s all about being there to help create joyful memories at these treasured moments.
