Beer, Burgers and Gelato – What a Combination!
Carretto was honoured to be invited to Leon Smash Burgers collaboration with Piazza 96‘s Smash Burger Pizza event. The brought along the gelato cart to a Melbourne brewery called Inner North Brewery in Brunswick.
The pizza oven was in full swing, patties sizzling away, and the air was thick with anticipation (and, frankly, the kind of aroma that sells a thousand tickets). Colleagues, clients, plus a few local partners gathered to experience this bold new culinary twist. The mood? Warm, engaging, and let’s just say, conducive to some genuine networking.
Set in a laid-back outdoor courtyard, the event focused on excellent craft beer, standout food, and relaxed socializing. The organisers absolutely delivered, cultivating an environment where everyone, from long-time collaborators to first timers, felt comfortable connecting. And our vintage gelato cart? Seamlessly on-brand, adding just the right touch of nostalgia and flair.
As people mingled, swapped business cards, and built new connections, they capped off the evening with a curated gelato selection: vanilla, strawberry sorbet, lemon sorbet, cookies and cream, salted caramel, and chocolate. Each flavour was chosen to perfectly complement the smash burger pizza, rounding out an innovative partnership that delivered on taste and experience. In short, a collaboration where every detail hit the mark was proof that when great brands come together, everyone wins.
