Beer, Burgers and Gelato – What a Combination!
It was a bright and sunny day at Inner North Brewery in Brunswick and gelato was the signature dessert on offer.
Carretto was honoured to be invited to Leon Smash Burgers collaboration with Piazza 96’s Smash Burger Pizza event. The pizza oven was fired up and the patties were sizzling. Friends and family gathered to taste this innovative combination of flavour and texture. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and filled with laughter.
As the locals mingled and enjoyed each other’s company, they were treated to a delightful selection of gelato as the dessert item on the menu. The refreshing flavours on offer were vanilla, strawberry sorbet, lemon sorbet, cookies and cream, salted caramel and chocolate. The blend of these delicious tastes perfectly complemented the smash burger pizza, making it the perfect collaboration between all three parties.
The most popular flavour that took the crown was salted caramel, with brewery locals eager for something sweet and delectable to finish of the smash burger pizza experience.
